Expiration dates apply to inkjet cartridges only since they have a much shorter life span than toner cartridges. Please make sure your inkjet cartridges have at least 1 year left before they expire. Otherwise, we will not accept them.

Yes, shipping is on us! You can print out prepaid shipping labels after you accept our offer. Simply login to your account, and click on “Accept Offer”. Then just follow the on-screen instructions on the next page, and it’ll show you how to print out your labels for shipment.
We provide 3 ways to get your payment to you: Paper Check, Paypal, or Zelle. Paper Checks are mailed via USPS Regular Mail after items are received and inspected. This typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive in mail. Paypal payment is sent before you ship your items. While this is the fastest way to get paid, paypal does charge a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee. Zelle deposits are sent out after items are received and inspected. Zelle acts the same way as direct deposits where the funds are transferred directly to your bank account instantly.
All packages are insured up to $125 in total value of the order. If your package is lost or damaged, we will contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the resolution process. While we make every effort to assist in resolving the issue, we are not responsible for the remaining, unrecovered value of lost/damaged package(s).
